In this simple recipe, we show you how to easily make a delicious guilt free treat packed with goodness. All you got to do is grab a few simple ingredients and get blending.


  • 2 scoops of PowCow - Passionfruit & Mango or else a 125ml Tub
  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1/2 mango
  • 100 mls of freshly squeezed OJ (or tropical juice of your choice)
  • 100mls of milk or almond milk
  • Handful of blackberries or raspberry (fresh or frozen)


1. Pop 1/2 banana, 1/2 kiwi, 1/4 mango, OJ, milk into a food processer and blend until smooth.

2. Pour your smoothie mixture into a bowl to serve and top with a scoop or two of PowCow Passionfruit & Mango frozen yogurt, sliced banana, sliced kiwi and a handful or berries.

15g protein, lots of vitamins & minerals and a delicious pick me up treat! Pow!
